What is available now?
- Open to everyone
- This website's introduction, help, guides and fictional example. No sign-in needed.
- Website trial is open
- WeChat sign-in, uploads, organization, private previews and owner-confirmed publishing are available. Published pages require no sign-in to read; drafts remain private. The mini program is publicly released.
- Website payments are open
- Purchase or renew on a computer using a WeChat QR payment. Account benefits are shared with the mini program.
- Not publicly open
- PDF reading, mini program payments and accessory purchases.
Check the actual interface for availability. We do not publish temporary test credentials or use short-lived preview codes as a permanent mini program entry. The creation workspace and mini program currently use Chinese; this English edition covers public information only.
Account storage and paid terms
- First year · Free
- 100MB shared across the account, with no photo-count limit. The 12-month trial starts on the first successful publication. A product link remains on the page.
- Basic renewal · CNY 9.9 / year or CNY 79 / 10 years
- 100MB with no photo-count limit, including online service for the purchased term. The product link remains.
- Premium · CNY 299 / 5 years or CNY 499 / 10 years
- 5GB shared across the account, with photos limited by capacity and optional original storage. Online service is included for the purchased term. The prominent promotional code is removed during the active term.
Desktop website purchases and renewals are available through WeChat QR payments. Mini program payments are still in preparation. The 20GB and 20-year options are not on sale. International account and payment support is not yet available.
Storage is measured using the original uploaded file size, before compression. Keeping an original photo, thumbnails and backups does not count it twice. Photos, PDFs and family contributions share the owner's account allowance. TXT imports become memory text, not stored attachments. Retained submissions still count even when pending or not accepted.
Full display pauses when the free year ends. Paid plans have a 30-day display grace period, then full content and public media pause. The memorial entry, fixed QR address and renewal notice remain. Materials are not automatically deleted for now; this is not permanent custody.
No automatic charging. Same-tier renewals extend the current term, or start on payment confirmation if expired. Buying Basic during the free year preserves the remaining trial; Premium starts on payment confirmation. Cross-tier conversion and prorating are not automatic: contact us through signed-in feedback to review an active plan change. A large collection exceeding Basic limits cannot be renewed in full at the Basic price.
Materials, visibility and corrections
High-quality compressed photos are stored by default. Uploads during an active Premium term may also keep originals. The original uploaded size counts once, even when both versions are kept. Keep your own important originals. Full export is not yet provided.
Saving and previewing do not automatically publish. Published pages can be viewed by anyone with the link; discouraging search indexing does not make them private. Contributions reach the public page only after acceptance, organization, review and publication.
Family members should check AI-edited writing. Correct names, dates and events before publishing. Viewing restricted to selected relatives is not currently available.
Storage and service continuity
- Cloud services in use
- Tencent Cloud hosts the website and photo storage. Alibaba Cloud supports the domain and AI organization. These are separate roles; automatic failover between providers is not currently available.
- Safeguards in place
- The website uses HTTPS. Uploaded photos are kept in private storage and served according to page status and access permissions. Database and page backups run on a schedule.
- Work still to complete
- Scheduled backups are currently on the same server and do not include cloud photo objects. Independent off-site backups, full recovery exercises and user exports remain to be completed. This is not a dual-cloud disaster recovery setup.
Online access also depends on the domain, network, application maintenance and an active service term. Cloud storage durability does not guarantee uninterrupted website access. Keep your important originals. This page explains the service terms, expiry handling and completed safeguards.
Still in preparation
SMS and mini program subscription reminders, full export and administrator handover are not open. We do not base storage promises on unfinished features. Please keep your own copies.
Glass covers need physical samples and scanning tests. Buying an accessory does not mean permanent online storage. Online fees, physical products and after-sales support will be explained separately.
