Draft, preview and published are different states
- Draft: for organizing and editing, with the appropriate account permissions.
- Temporary preview: for reviewing the page. Its link can expire and should not be widely shared or printed as a physical code.
- Published page: shows confirmed content to anyone with its link. The link can be shared further even when the page is absent from search results.
Original PDFs are not public attachments, and unaccepted contributions are excluded. Public publishing is not open yet; these are the product's current permission rules.
How we measure usage
First-party metrics record public page paths, source categories and entry clicks. A per-tab visit identifier expires after 30 minutes. The server counts creation, materials, generation, acceptance and publication milestones. Metric records are retained for 90 days.
These metrics do not contain memorial text, attachments, search terms, full referrer URLs or IP addresses. They do not identify people across devices. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable browser visit metrics. Mini program creations are counted separately, without attributing them to website visits.
Why can a page still be visited without search indexing?
Search settings tell search engines whether a page should appear in results. They are not a sign-in requirement and cannot guarantee immediate removal of previously saved results. A viewing mode restricted to chosen relatives is not yet available.
The public guides, service information and fictional examples on this website are discoverable by search engines. Family memorials are not automatically added to this website's sitemap or used as marketing examples.
Check these before publication
- Avoid showing identity numbers, full addresses, banking information or private contact details.
- Confirm that other family members are comfortable sharing their photos, names and stories. Keep a draft if there is disagreement.
- Check backgrounds for receipts, documents, house numbers and similar details.
- Leave uncertain dates or events blank instead of adding facts for completeness.
To correct content, edit it in management, preview again and confirm publication. Check the actual interface and service information for the availability of deletion, export and handover features.
