Take your time.
Here is help for every step.

From a first photo to family contributions and a memorial QR code.

Start with what you have

A photo or a single memory is enough to begin. You do not need a complete biography.

What do I need to create a memorial page?

First, enter the person's name. You can leave birth and death years blank. Next, write a memory or upload materials. Finally, review the arranged page and check the facts before publishing. You can add more memories later.

Which files are supported?

JPG / PNG photos up to 20MB each, and UTF-8 TXT files up to 64KB. Imported text becomes part of your memories, with a combined limit of 12,000 characters. PDF reading is not yet available; the planned limit is 20MB and 20 pages per file. Check the upload screen for availability. Word documents, audio and video are not currently supported.

Can I create a page with photos only?

Yes. Photos can be arranged as an album. The system will not invent life events from images. If you provide text, it can help organize a narrative and timeline, which your family should still review.

Will my original photos be kept?

High-quality compressed photos are stored by default. Once paid service is available, you can choose to keep originals as well when uploading during an active Premium term. Only the original uploaded size counts, once for both versions. Please keep your own copies of important originals.

Bring family memories together

Read the memorial, contribute in the mini program, and wait for owner approval.

Can anyone who scans the QR code upload files?

When the mini program launches, visitors can choose “Contribute memories and photos” at the bottom of a published memorial, sign in in the mini program, and submit. Text and photos stay pending until the owner approves and republishes. This entry is in preparation; separate invitations remain supported.

Do contributions appear on the page immediately?

No. Submitted photos, memories and supported attachments go to the owner's review list. The owner accepts materials, generates a new preview and checks it. The public page changes only after the owner confirms publication. PDF submissions depend on the PDF service becoming available.

Review before sharing

Check names, years, relationships and important events before publishing.

Who can see the materials I upload?

Saving a draft or generating a preview does not automatically make it public. Once published, anyone with the link or QR code can view the published content. Original PDFs are not shown as public attachments, and unaccepted contributions stay out of the public page. Avoid sharing identity numbers, private contact details or other sensitive information.

Does blocking search indexing make a page private?

No. Memorial pages are set to discourage search indexing by default, but a published page can still be viewed by anyone with its link. Search settings also cannot guarantee immediate removal of existing results. A viewing mode restricted to selected relatives is not yet available.

What if AI gets something wrong?

In step three, expand the text and life events editor, correct the narrative or timeline, save and preview again. Leave uncertain dates or events blank, or remove them. There is no need to invent facts to fill out a page. The creation workspace currently uses Chinese.

Storage and service duration

Storage belongs to the account and is shared by all its memorial pages.

How do the free and paid plans differ?

Free: 100MB with no photo-count limit for 12 months from the first successful publication. Basic renewal: CNY 9.9/year or CNY 79/10 years. Premium: 5GB for CNY 299/5 years or CNY 499/10 years, with optional originals. Payments are not open yet. Storage is measured using the original uploaded file size, before compression. Keeping an original photo, thumbnails and backups does not count it twice. Photos, PDFs and family contributions share the owner's account allowance. TXT imports become memory text, not stored attachments. Retained submissions still count even when pending or not accepted.

What happens when a paid term expires?

The free year pauses at expiry. Paid plans have a 30-day grace period with full display. If the account is not renewed, full content display is paused, while the memorial entry and a renewal notice remain. For now, materials are not automatically deleted. Updating content or renewing does not change the QR code's address.

Can I renew automatically, export everything or transfer management?

There is no automatic charging. Full export, administrator handover, SMS reminders and mini program subscription notifications are planned but not available. Keep local copies of important materials and check your account's service status.

Make the QR code part of a memorial

Check the page and its address before printing a physical code.

Do I need a new QR code after updating the page?

No. The QR code points to the remembered person's fixed memorial address, not an upload or temporary preview address. After new materials are reviewed and published, the original code still opens the same page.

What should I check before printing or adding a cover?

Use the original QR image from the published page, not a screenshot of the interface. Preserve its proportions and blank border. Make a sample at the final size and scan it with different phones, angles and lighting. Test again with the cover fitted, and confirm that it opens the right person's page.

Where can I place it, and how long will it last?

It can accompany an album, keepsake or a permitted memorial location. Check site rules and mounting methods first. A printed QR code does not contain the materials or guarantee permanent hosting. Full page access depends on service status, while physical materials and mounting need to be tested on actual samples.
