Three separate questions
- Is the printed code readable?
- Printing, materials, dirt, glare and positioning all matter. Test the actual sample.
- Does the address stay the same?
- The remembered person's fixed address stays the same through content updates, republication and renewal.
- Is all content displayed?
- This depends on the online service and account status. An unchanged address does not mean full content is always available.
How is storage counted?
- First year · Free
- 100MB shared across the account, with no photo-count limit. The 12-month trial starts on the first successful publication. A product link remains on the page.
- Basic renewal · CNY 9.9 / year or CNY 79 / 10 years
- 100MB with no photo-count limit, including online service for the purchased term. The product link remains.
- Premium · CNY 299 / 5 years or CNY 499 / 10 years
- 5GB shared across the account, with photos limited by capacity and optional original storage. Online service is included for the purchased term. The prominent promotional code is removed during the active term.
Desktop website purchases and renewals are available through WeChat QR payments. Mini program payments are still in preparation. The 20GB and 20-year options are not on sale. International account and payment support is not yet available.
Storage is measured using the original uploaded file size, before compression. Keeping an original photo, thumbnails and backups does not count it twice. Photos, PDFs and family contributions share the owner's account allowance. TXT imports become memory text, not stored attachments. Retained submissions still count even when pending or not accepted.
Full display pauses when the free year ends. Paid plans have a 30-day display grace period, then full content and public media pause. The memorial entry, fixed QR address and renewal notice remain. Materials are not automatically deleted for now; this is not permanent custody.
No automatic charging. Same-tier renewals extend the current term, or start on payment confirmation if expired. Buying Basic during the free year preserves the remaining trial; Premium starts on payment confirmation. Cross-tier conversion and prorating are not automatic: contact us through signed-in feedback to review an active plan change. A large collection exceeding Basic limits cannot be renewed in full at the Basic price.
What happens after a paid term expires?
- During the active term: use the storage and features included in your plan.
- For 30 days after expiry: full display continues during a grace period, giving family time to renew.
- After the grace period without renewal: full content and public media display are paused. The memorial entry and renewal notice remain. For now, materials are not automatically deleted.
“Not automatically deleted for now” is not a promise of permanent custody. Expiry reminders are still planned; do not rely solely on SMS or subscription messages. Check account status and the formal service terms when available.
What can you prepare now?
Keep important original photos, text and documents on your own devices or other trusted storage. Full export, administrator handover and automatic renewal are not currently available.
Before making physical accessories, read the service rules and availability. Glass cover charges and online storage charges are separate. A physical accessory does not include permanent storage by default.
