A family's memories,
brought together by family.

When the mini program launches, visitors can choose “Contribute memories and photos” at the bottom of a published memorial, sign in in the mini program, and submit. Text and photos stay pending until the owner approves and republishes. This entry is in preparation; separate invitations remain supported.

Contribute from the bottom of a memorial

When the mini program launches, visitors can choose “Contribute memories and photos” at the bottom of a published memorial, sign in in the mini program, and submit. Text and photos stay pending until the owner approves and republishes. This entry is in preparation; separate invitations remain supported.

The owner does not need to invite each visitor individually. Unpublished drafts still support separate invitations, valid for 7 days and revocable. Contributors cannot edit or publish the memorial.

What happens after an upload?

  1. A contribution enters the review list.
  2. The owner reviews it and chooses whether to accept it.
  3. Accepted materials are organized into a new preview for checking the text, captions and timeline.
  4. The owner confirms publication before new content appears on the public page.

Unaccepted materials stay out of the public snapshot. Accepting a contribution does not immediately rewrite the published page, so the owner can review the whole page before updating it.

What can contributors see, and whose storage is used?

Contributors can see their own submissions and basic information about the remembered person. The invitation does not give them access to the owner's unpublished writing, materials or other people's contributions. Their submissions use the owner's shared storage.

This is a way to collect memories, not shared account administration. Administrator handover is not yet available. Keep original family records and agree who will review and maintain the page.
